Lorran Hart Ferguson

Lorran Hart Ferguson graduated in 2014 from LWU. She went on to graduate from the University of Kentucky College of Law in May of 2017. She served as the Executive Editor of the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture and Natural Resources Law. She currently serves as Director of Communications for the Kentucky State Treasurer’s Office.
