Kate Durham Young

Lindsey Wilson College laid the groundwork for my future in becoming a dentist. I am so glad that I chose to go to a small school where I could be a ‘big fish in a small pond, instead of a little fish in a big pond.’ When applying to dental school, the admissions committees would comment on how they could tell that I personally knew my professors. LWC gave me the opportunity to travel, be involved, and have leadership roles that I do not think would otherwise be possible. I cannot thank Lindsey Wilson College enough for the care and compassion they gave me, that shaped me into the person that I am today.
